Hello @umairsam,
So far, we don’t have similar reports. I visited your site but I haven’t been able to see the issue, although our currency switcher seems to be disabled.
Could you please indicate me how can I replicate the issue?
Also, it would be really helpful if you tell us how and where are you adding our currency switcher.
Thank you for your help.
Its been enabled
When you open my website you will see that product prices are in USD
But when someone from india opens website
Then sometimes it convert to Indian Rupees
And sometimes it shows in USD
It looks Like currency Converter is not working properly
Customers Compain That prices are not in INR its showing in USD
Then i go to my woocomerce setting then disable plugin and Enable It again
Then it runs Normal
But after some time like 5-6 hours it Again Showing In USD
Thank you @umairsam, however it may be more helpful if you share with a screenshot your multi-currency settings in WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual.

@umairsam, you can user a service like Snipboard.
Please, keep in mind that we can’t provide email support.
I’ve been trying to replicate this issue in my test site but it works fine:
- I’ve set EUR for Spain only (Where I’m based) and USD for the rest of the world.
- I’ve visited the website shop several times in a 6h gap and I haven’t noticed any changes.
According to this, it may be related to your website configuration. It could be either the theme, plugin or a combination of both. Therefore can you do the following: check if this issue appears in your test site when:
- Only WCML and WooCommerce plugins are activated, as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with other plugin
- Theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Nineteen as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme
If you don’t see the issue happening in the above scenario, can you try to determine whether this is a theme or a plugin issue?
