Right now, BD doesn’t have support for this built in. It’s something we’d definitely like to add, as a lot of folks ask about it. We’re actively working toward it, though.
We have a hack that you can use to put multiple directories (well, 2) on a “logical” site, but it’s a bit of work: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/installing-two-instances-of-business-directory-on-the-same-site/

Great news … I hope it is something you are trying to add in the short term as a priority. Happy to even pay for it as a premium add-on. It would be great if the multi directory option allows for more than 2 instances, i’m looking at options for up to 8 directories.
I looked at the FAQ previously but that does not suit my need.
We have it on the list–short term, we’re making fixes to the fees and categories system. After that, we’ll look at this specific feature but it’s not small by any stretch of the imagination.
