since this is a server-to-server scenario, MFA is not supported. We recommend using a non-interactive user account and exempt that account from MFA. Alternatively, you can consider the next generation CDS Integration plugin that supports registered apps with either clientid/secret or certificate authentication.

Thanks for the reply. I installed the CDS plug in but just have a pink bar where I assume the connection details need to be inputted??

I can’t see the left-hand side but it should have Connection menu item. – click that and you should be able to enter the connection details
