Multi-Instructor not working

Hello,
After the latest update I’ve been facing the following problems:
1) Login/Register page not working – either for current users or new, the login/register page pops up after clicking on “Enroll Course”, however, it doesn’t do anything, after you type in the info it just loads forever and doesn’t go anywhere.
(this was working fine before the last update)2) I have the multi-instructor addon activated but nowhere in course edition am I able to choose the co-instructor for the course. I tried front and backend editing but the instruction option just isn’t there. The only thing I’m able to change is course author.

Plugin has been updated but enroll button is still not working.
Is it at all possible to remove the register/login button and replace it with the wordpress default register page?
I tried changing the plugin’s route for login and checkout with no luck.
