    Hi there,

I’m now creating a website for an online shop and this website will be in 3 languages including English and Chinese. I’m now going to use a plugin to create 3 versions of my website in 3 different languages and I’m gonna translate everything manually. However, is it possible to have 3 different customer forms in 3 languages respectively? I guess it’s something like [customer-form-1], [customer-form-2]? Is it any way to create more than one customer form so I can insert a different shortcode for a different post in order to insert a different form?

    Thanks!!

    Hi staytsu,

Do you mean the customer order form (i.e. the one inserted using the customer-order shortcode), or the just the customer tracking form? Either way, there’s no option to create separate versions of these forms.

That being said, if you’re using a language/translation plugin that automatically reads .po/.mo translation files (such as WPML), then, seeing as the majority of the labels in our code are localized/internationalized, all you’d have to do is create translation files for the languages you want, and then, when people visit the page in one of the other languages, it will automatically have the labels in the correct language.
