    Hi,

I have a site that is 2 languages. En and De.

If the invoice is created, can it be in both languages. Like if someone order in English site invoice created in English, and for other language it created in that language,

    Thanks for your help.

    Thanks

    Hi @themepi,

Please note that our free main plugin has limited support for multilingual setups. However, the Professional extension adds fully support for WPML and Polylang for WooCommerce (it also adds limited support for TranslatePress, Weglot, and GTranslate).

With this extension, you can configure the document language, choosing one of these options:

    • The active user language
    • The order/customer language
    • The site default language
    • A fixed language, e.g. English.

See this article from the plugin’s Docs to learn more: How is the PDF language determined?

    Hi @themepi,

It seems that this issue is related with the plugin’s fonts. This often happens when you migrate your site, or when you or a cleanup process accidentally delete the plugin temp folder, located under wp-content/uploads, maybe one of these things happened recently?

To solve this, please go to WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Advanced > Tools tab, and click on the Reinstall plugin fonts button. Then, try to open a existing invoice and check if it looks good.

Please note that we also run a daily check to reinstall the fonts if needed, but clicking the Reinstall plugin fonts button forces this routine and fixes it faster 🙂

Let me know whether it worked, or you need more help!
