thanks for your question. I understand the situation. You are using a multilingual site where the visible text is translated depending on the language.
Short answer: no, the link is not automatically reassigned to the translated keyword.
Internal Links Manager works with the exact keyword strings that are stored in the plugin. It does not translate keywords and it does not know that “du lich toi viet nam” and “tour to viet nam” belong together.
Our plugin cannot predict how a translation will finally look. Even a simple word can have multiple valid translations. For example, a word like “rabbit” could also appear as “bunny” or “hare”, depending on context and translation logic. Because of this uncertainty, automatic reassignment would be unreliable.
What this means in practice:
- If the original keyword exists in Vietnamese only, the link will only be created when that exact Vietnamese phrase appears in the content.
- When the content is translated to English and the text changes to “tour to viet nam”, the plugin will not link it unless you explicitly add this English keyword with the same target URL.
- For multilingual setups, you need to define separate keywords per language.
Recommended approach:
- Create keyword sets per language.
- Assign the same URL to each language-specific keyword if needed.
- Make sure the plugin runs on the translated content, not only on the original language version.

In case too difficulty since we also know how exactly translated keywords, especially any languages with special signals, eg: Thai, Lao, Korea, China, baltic countries…
