    Dear BC563,

    You will have to create separate galleries for each language. This way you will have a chance to have photo title and description in each language (the text should be added manually), whereas the messages will be translated automatically. Thank you.

    Thank you for your reply. I have a follow up question…

    What do you mean exactly by “messages”? I’m assuming that WPML will translate things like the Menu headers and set up the infrastructure to do that. Does “messages” then refer to things like error messages? Are there other messages to consider? Thanks for your help

    Dear user,

    By messages we mean the error message and other messages displayed to the user, whereas for each language you will have to create a separate gallery and provide the image description and titles in the corresponding language. Thank you.
