Multi-Page .PDFs

    Hi,
    Just purchased your premium plugin, and everything is working great for .PDFs that are only one page.
    I think this is a WordPress issue, and not an issue directly with your plugin, but I’m hoping you can help me understand why, when I upload a .PDF with multiple pages, it breaks. The upload breaks the file and it’s unusable.
    Not sure how to show you a screenshot of the issue…

    Here’s a link to one page where you can see the failed .PDF upload. This should be a 3 page document – but when I upload to WP it looks like this:

    Hi @adminnetwork,

    I took at your link (thanks for that) and am seeing 3 pages in the viewer. I’m not seeing any errors in the console tab of the browser and the scripts are being loaded correctly. I tested this with Win 10 and Chrome, Firefox, and Edge/IE11.

    Are you still seeing the issue? If so, can you please send an email to [email protected] with your browser and operating system so we can test further.

    Hi Emma,

    Thank you so much for your quick reply – we actually got the pages to load after after repeated attempts by multiple systems. I manage 8 different WP websites, and this is the first time I’ve had this kind of difficulty getting .PDFs to load properly.

    However, yesterday, I did try with another, larger .PDF and generated a .HTTP error (replicated on Chrome, Firefox, and IE; on two separate Windows 10 machines), and I’ve seen several chats, forums, and online guides to resolving a .HTTP error when loading .PDF files. I do think it has to do with our servers or PHP setup on this particular website, but I need to sleuth out a bit more why.
