Multi-Part & Conditional Logic don’t work

Hi,

After installing the Multi-Part and Conditional Logic add-ons, there seem to be some bugs. Regarding the Multi-Part add-on, the ‘Part Title’ and ‘Add New Part’ buttons are not clickable and do not work when creating a form. It seems that they’re not aligned properly as well (both on the bottom left side). Regarding the Conditional-Logical add-on, I’m not able to select any field that I’ve created to apply conditional logic on. The only option is —select a field—. However, I’ve created multiple fields earlier in the form. So, I’m not able to use conditional logic if I can’t select a field.
