multi-site issues

I’m using WP 3.8 installed as a multisite installation.

I’ve created a new site, Galleries, and Pages.

When I attach a NextGEN Gallery to the page everything looks fine. I can navigate to the page and the thumbnails show correctly, the slideshow also works correctly.

The issue I’m having is when I click on any of the thumbnails I receive a 404 error. Looking at the Address bar the thumbnails have the correct URL, but when it tries to open the large image the URL changes.

Example for the thumbnails http://<multisitemainpage>/<site>/<subfolder1>/<subfolder2>/

Example for the large image http://<multisitemainpage>/<subfolder1>/<subfolder2>/

As you can see the <site> is being dropped.

Is there a setting I’m missing?
