• Hi,

    I have WordPress 3.1 installed with multi-site enabled. I have chosen a sub-directory install.

I have installed the WP Multi Network plugin and have it working — sort of.

I have the following test setup:
    site.com (main “hub” of network)
    site.com/network1
    site.com/network2

If I try and add a site to network1 logged into Network1 as Site Admin, it does add the site, but, the URL does the following:

it is supposed to be site.com/network1/sitea

instead it does this – site.com/sitea

    Am I missing something?

    thanks

  • Yeah, multiple networks are sorta like super charged domain mapping.

    And you cannot map subfolders.

you could have done netwrok2.site.com/newchild, but there is nothing that will get you site.com/network1/sitea/.

Actually, adding a second network shoudl have asked you for a full doamin or a subdomain – not a folder off the main site, which is already network 1.
