multi-site subdomain problom

hello.
i m in trouble in creating multi site by wordpress.
i like to use subdomain.
so i made wordpress mu-network already.
main site works well.
and, i made several 00.domain,com in the wordpress network admin.
but,
those site show only 404 Error. it dosen’t work.
(i made a “*” (wildcard) at CPanel already.)

could you help me?
