As regards your question; the administrators of every website can only see the audit trail of their website in the dashboard widget. I am explaining this just in case you were worried that from the widget they can see all the alerts. Was that the concern why you would like to have the dashboard widget available only for the Super Admins?

…actually yes, that’s my main concern.
The Dashboard Widget reveals more than necessary to an invited Site Admin user. A good example is when a plugin or theme is activated, the full location of the that plugin or theme is explicitly revealed. If this sought of information can be concealed to the Website Owner – Super Admin, it will be good.
But, since that’s just my opinion, other website owners will be okay with such revelations to there Site admin users. Hence if an option would be included in the settings whether to show the Dashboard Widget and the ‘Audit Log’ menu item to Site Admins, especially in instances of a Multisite, it will be good..
I’m a WordPress newbie, but I’ve been doing some reading, and right now I’ve managed to hide the dashboard widget by inserting this piece of code, ‘if (is_super_admin()),’ because it looks obvious, to the file ‘WidgetManager.php’ on line 18. For the ‘Audit Log’ menu item, I’ve used ‘Adminimize’ plugin to hide it..
My appeal now is, if you could include these options in your next update, it would be great.
