The built in multi-step checkout is really nice. But it doesn’t scroll back to the top of the checkout form when going to the various tabs, prev. That doesn’t make sense, becuase when people move between the tabs they may not even see the content and get confused. Please set the multi-step to scroll to top – otherwise it isn’t very uesful for checkout.
    Thank you.

  • Hello @dividendninja,

I fully examined the issue you have raised on this topic and could not see it on my end.
Can you confirm you check the multi-step checkout when just our products are activated? Perhaps it’s a conflict or cache issue on your website; would you please share a live URL from your issue?

For troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let me know the results:

1- Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugin.
    2- Deactivate all plugins.
3- Then, first activate the Ocean Extra plugin.
    4- Check your issue.
5- Then, activate your plugins one by one
6- After activation of any plugins, check your issue

Note: if you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and ...), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, don't forget to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools.

    Please keep us posted.

    Best Regards

    Hi Shahin,
Thanx for the reply. But this isn’t the issue. Yes we have CDN and caching, and yes we’ve already disabled plugins and tested.

NO, we are not going to install your Ocean WP Extra plugin. It’s just extra bloat and features we don’t want or clients need, not to mention the upselling and ads in it.

Other multi-step checkout plugins worked just fine, even with the CDN and site caching. Two of those plugins were not a problem with the checkout steps scrolling back to the top or where they were supposed to scroll when previous or next menu items were clicked.

We just wanted to use what was already built into Ocean WP, as its a good framework, but we’ll revert to one of the other plugins if we have to. Or look at another base theme that is lighter.
    Cheers
