Multi-Step Form Plus

    I have two questions regarding multi-step form plus.

    1. May I know how much it costs? On the website it says 40,00 Euros. Does this mean 4000 Euros, or was it a typo and is it just 40.00 Euros?
    2. I saw that getting it in a CSV file is one of the functions that comes with Plus. Is it possible to link the form with a Google spreadsheet so that the files get automatically uploaded whenever people submit the form, or do I have to upload all the CSV files manually?

    Hi,
    each license, you have to pay 40 Euros.
    For security reasons, the csv must download manually.
