Multi Step Form Plus

    I have been using the free version of multi step form without problem but today I downloaded multi step form plus after paying for a licence (nearly £50GBP).

    However, when I try to upload the new plugin via the downloaded ZIP file it breaks my wordpress site – my site is replaced with the White Screen Of Death.

    I can fix the issue by accessing my ftp and removing the plugin but really I want the plugin to work, otherwise my money has been wasted.
