Yes, it is possible to create multi-step forms with the Formonator plugin. Additional fields can be shown / hidden based on the rules set in the options. Go to Visibility settings for the files and set additional rules, please see this scresnshot:

quizzes are being displayed on the same page. I’ve already asked our developers if there’re any plans adding this functionality. 🙂
