Multi step registration acting weird

    Random issues reported by users(happens some times)
    1) password: suddenly it required to be in numbers, users said that if put alphabet, they can’t go to next step
    2) age column: should display numbers, suddenly it shows email address of other members(yes its very random)
    3) the final step will suddenly freeze, can’t type or click on anything
    4) when the registration last step is freeze, users click on “previous” button, it suddenly ask to upload files. It’s like the button switch between “PREVIOUS” and “Upload Image”

    From the source code of your site, it seems that you are using a commercial theme – Service Finder, and the booking form you shared is rendered by a custom plugin that came bundled with the theme. Is that correct?

    You will need to contact the support channel of the theme authors or the custom plugin that you are using to run the booking workflow on your site.

    Yes. The theme developer mentioned that it is caused by server issue. What do you think?

    Because developer and I can’t reproduce the problem. The problem only happened in my users.

    If the error happens randomly with different users, it could be a server issue.

    You will need to check your hosting server logs for any Error 500+ . You may check with the support team of your hosting provider, if they can help you with this.

    That may help you trace any Plugin conflicts. The cause of the error can be anything – say two plugins conflicting, or any one taking a lot of your server resources (like RAM or CPU cycles).
