    Hi:

I’m not sure what you’re looking to do but we only have a single ticket form.

However you can use GRAVITY FORMS to build out a ticket form (including a multi-step form) and then when the user submits the form, map the data into our ticket system using our GRAVITY FORMS BRIDGE add-on. This allows you to build just about any kind of ticket form you like.

    Thanks.

    one Question!
What is the difference between Custom FAQ & faq addons?

    Hi:

The CUSTOM FAQ requires that you already have some way to creating, storing and displaying FAQs.  It will integrate a WP Custom Post Type into the SUBJECT field dropdown as well as the the quick-entry tabs on the ticket detail screen in the back-end. (Not all WP Custom Post Types are compatible.)

With the regular FAQ you are provided a way to enter FAQ items and to display them (via the shortcode and related accordion) which is not something that is provided with the custom faq add-on.

    I hope this helps.

Neither one is better. They have different functions as described in the prior message.

    Thanks.
