Multi Tab Logic Breaks Form

Hello,

I purchased your Pro version of Smart Forms recently.

I created a multi tab form (3 tabs) which works fine with basic form logic on the first tab.

The first tab has a radio selector (3 options) that hides/unhides form fields based on the selected.

Only one selected option requires all 3 form tabs. The other two just need the single tab.

When I create a simple multi tab logic to show all 3 tabs for the selected it renders my form useless. The original field logics no longer work and the only thing showing is the radio option.

When selecting any of the radios, nothing happens.

If I set the default value on the radio selector that allows multi tab then the multi tab logic works for this. But soon as select one of the other options then the non of the logic conditions work. If I click back on the selector that requires multi tab no longer works either.

Please can you advise what is wrong?
