Multi Theme Support?
-
Hello,
First off, I love Zerif Lite. Secondly, this may be a question more geared for support of the Multi Theme Plugin, I’m really not sure. Zerif is fantastic for my main site and writing portfolio. My issue is, however, with the blog portion. I’ve downloaded and set up the Multi Theme Plugin and set up to use Olsen Lite as the theme for my blog, but here’s the problem…
In order for Zerif Lite to work right and looking incredibly impressive, you need to have the Front Page display “Latest Posts.” But I want to use the Olsen Lite theme to handle my blog posts. I can create a Blog page with the Blog template, and each of my seperate blog posts have the Olsen Lite, but I don’t have a Blog “home” so to speak where the latest posts all display. What I’ve been finding is that Zerif is great, but most people click to a different page before getting to the Latest Posts at the bottom. And the blog set-up is decent, but I want a more magazine/traditional Blog style set up where people see more of each post in an attractive fashion. Right now, people maybe click on 1 post and leave. I’d like my home page and Blog to be seperate with seperate themes, but I can’t achieve this because when I change the front page to static and latest posts to that blog page I lose all the stuff that makes Zerif Lite’s front page cool.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
