I’d like to mention something gently, giving the plugin 2 stars because of a feature that isn’t included does feel a little unfair. AI or third-party sources can sometimes share incomplete or inaccurate information, so we really wish you had reached out to us first before leaving the rating. We’re always here to help and clarify anything you’re unsure about.
There was no fault or malfunction in the plugin, and we always encourage users to ask questions on the support forum so we can guide them properly. In many cases, we even provide custom solutions whenever possible. If you had reach us beforehand, we would have happily explained the limitation and discussed possible alternatives.
We truly work hard every day to keep our users satisfied, and we care deeply about ensuring a smooth experience. As you mentioned, the issue is about layout alignment, and we are already exploring ways to improve this in future updates.
We kindly request you to consider updating the rating, as the current rating feels a bit unfair to the product and the work our team puts in. Your feedback is absolutely welcome, and we’re here to help you anytime. ☹️

This review reflects our actual experience using the product. We tested the plugin for several days and confirmed it does not include the key feature we needed: a true multitrack, side-by-side schedule view. Stacking tracks is not a sufficient alternative.
We rated it two stars because it lacks functionality essential for event organizers. The only factor preventing a lower rating was your responsiveness.
Users should be aware of these limitations before investing time in installation and setup. This is not unfair criticism—just an accurate description of the product’s current capabilities.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. However, I’d like to clarify a few points.
If a product has no technical issues and simply does not include a feature that it was never advertised to have, it may not be fair to rate it 2 stars. This specific multitrack, side-by-side schedule view has never been requested by any other user before, and we clearly informed you that this feature is not available in the current version. So rating based on a feature that was never part of the product can create a misleading impression for others.
We fully respect that this feature is important for your specific use case, and we are open to adding it to our roadmap for future improvements. But missing a feature that was never promised shouldn’t necessarily be the reason for such a low rating.
But tomorrow we will try to give you a custom solution for this if possible.

This morning the Eventin team have come back to us with a possible customised solution. I have to say rarely if ever, does any plugin developer take such interest, possibly these guys are more attentive than the rest! We are going to try out their solution and see if it fits, thank you to the Eventin team.

As of this morning, we have had several emails from the Eventin team. One was as screenshot, nothing provided otherwise in relation to a demo plugin to try, and the latest email says they have resolved our support ticket.
Needless to say, we are no longer interested.
