For this file, you should use the “I’m importing XML and my variations are child XML elements” option. Make sure to use {SKU[1} as the main SKU and {Gtin[1]} in the SKU field inside the “Variations” tab.

If you still have trouble, set up your import as best as you can at http://www.wpallimport.com/debug/ and open a support request at http://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with the debug site URL and a brief explanation of what’s going wrong in the import.
