This missing icon issue was reported for 3.7.2, but in 3.7.3 it seems still missing.

We missed out on fixing the issue in our latest release. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We will definitely add the fix in the next release. In the meantime, as a temporary solution please add the code snippet from here to add the Multibanco Pay gateway icon on your payment method.
Please upload the necessary image file to your website and paste its URL on the code snippet. Please replace the https://demosite.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/stripe.png with the image URL. Hope it is clear.
