1 Address, City, State, Zip, Country and Phone.
how can I make these mandatory fields are no longer needed?

I further informed that everyone can however register the submit button on the registration page is not visible.
also the additional user registration fields are not visible does anyone know how this is possible?
and finally I have the SI CAPTCHA plugin installed, however it is not visible who knows how is this possible?

last I also had the following question
Now, I want certain pages on all sites available.
such as for example the page about jenp.
further, I want all the news in the category jenp also for all the sites to see.
this is in any way possible, or has to be made then a separate page on every site?
