multilangguage site

Hi there,

I have created my site in english

i now to a drop down where the site can be in afrikaans or xhosa

i do not want to use google translate. I basically want to translate the entire site to be translated by by myself – this includes hek out and the menu’s

is there a plugin that will allow mee to do this?

any advice will be appreciated
