I added two more languages to the contact form (Portuguese and Spanish). However, when I view the form on the website, the following message appears: Sorry, this entry is only available in Portuguese. And when I access the form that should be in Portuguese, the text is in Spanish.

Hello valsilvinha,

Our plugin doesn’t have this problem. maybe you are using the contact form of another plugin?
We didn’t find our contact form on your site.
