Hello, i have a problem setting up multilanguage, im using wpml i have created different pages in every language and shortcodes with their language inside on the pages. I have created 4 shortcodes (Search Form, User Orders, Order Details, Cars List) The problem i have is when i use the search form in another language in step 3 where i have to put driver details it automatic changes the url of the search page to default language (english) it removes the /el/ and going back to default language. The form in default language works. Am i doin something wrong?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for your message. Your multi-language configuration seems to be correct from the VikRentCar side. However, we suggest testing the URL routing functions during the booking process with an incognito session of your browser, where you won’t be logged into any accounts, hence no specific language will be forced, except for the currently selected one through your WPML settings.

We just made a test from your website URL, and we successfully got to the last step of the booking process with the Greek language active. English was never applied and the URL always stayed on /el/search-car. Therefore, we believe the issues you’re facing are caused by the fact that you are probably logged into an administrator account, which is overwriting the active/default language with WPML and WordPress.

Our plugin reads the currently active language through the WordPress native functions, which are obviously affected by your WPML settings and related user settings. If the URL routing functions are wrong, then it probably because the currently active language differs from the expected one.

We invite you to reach out to our technical assistance team through our website should you have any similar issues.

    Thank you,
    The VikWP Team
