Multilanguage submit form not working

    Hi there,

    I have created two lists connecting two different languages. (multilanguage with polylang)

    The submit form for both language looks good.

    However, when I enter email into the non-english submit form, I get an error message.

    (An error ocurred while sending e-mail confirmation) *in the 2nd language

    any ideas.
