    Hi,

    We have a multilingual WC webshop and using Translatepress and FluentSMTP. When a customer places an order without registration, our system does not send it in the chosen language but always sending in default language, which is English. We have translated all e-mails already and we do not face this issue with the registered customers.

    Any idea how/where we could fix this issue ?

    Thank you for reaching out regarding your issue with multilingual email translations.

    FluentSMTP sends the email that the WordPress system generates. Therefore, if the email is not being translated, it’s possible that the issue lies either with the translation system or with the plugin where multilingual emails are generating

    We suggest that you verify the following:

    1. Check if the email being generated is in the desired language.
    2. Ensure that TranslatePress is configured correctly to translate emails. You may need to check the plugin settings or consult their documentation.
    3. If the issue persists, please try to look for debug logs if there is anything related to this case.
