Multilingual recipe support?

    Hello how to handle a multi lingual website to handle multiple languages, eg: English, French and Arabic. I want the recipes to be viewable in 3 different languages. I have a WPML based multilingual site, but I can’t see how to translate Mediavine Create recipe cards.
