Multilingual thing is plugin territory. You can use any theme and have this functionality via plugin.

I use the Quality Green Theme. With Polylang plug-in, how do I change the homepage section setting for the English version while keeping the main homepage in French? Same for Service Settings.
I have inserted the Private Policy in french last year. I now use Polylang plug-in so I want the Private Policy in English as well in one post. How?

Similar to other pages To translate the Private policy in English, firstly You need to create a Private Policy page in your native language then create a page for it’s corresponding translatable language. Refer to this screenshot.

Thx I had created a Private Policy page in my native language & a page for it’s corresponding translatable language (english). When I click on the pencil (like you show in the screenshot), I get the sentence at the top of the page in english:

I need access to the english version of the sample private policy guide.

It seems you are missing something in creating this translation page. Please recheck it and if possible please share your admin details on my email address([email protected]) so we will check if it does have any issue.

You are missing something while setting the policy translate page. I retest on my local it woking ( Screenshot ). Please try to delete the policy page and recreate all for once or you can share your admin details on this email id(gamit6444gmail.com) to check where you go wrong.
Regarding the service section translation, it comes under our premium version theme.

Thanks. For the plug-in contact form 7 in both languages, I watched a U-tube and got it. I don’t give my admin details even if I really appreciate yr help.
Is the pro version of Quality Green at 59$ valid for a lifetime? Will I have to rework on my menus, pages & articles after installing it? Can you give me the link to purchase.
I have purchased Quality Green Pro.
-the english homepage still has french in it since in the options for string translation, I don’t get all the wording that is on the french version including the titles that are on the main image
-even if I choose to put in the menu the first level elements, the english menu displays all elements
-the private policy page can’t get published (messages link has expired or I am not logged in)
-the blog posts are in both languages in each language on the homepage
