    thanks for this question
    KTTG keywords are translatable by WPML
    how to :

    1. Open one of your keywords on edit mode
    2. In the bottom check “Make ‘Keyword’ Translatable”

    now every keyword might work as expected with WPML
    please try it

    Almost completely yes, the only thing is that the translated keyword is case sensitive, even though this option is not ticked.
