Multimedia library wont load

i’ve instaled a plugin and a revslider theme, and after that i cant see images in media library, … im trying to create a new article, with images, and when i try to insert some photos, the media library appear to be loading the files, and nothing appen, and nothing for the images.
note: i ved uninstalled the plugin and the slider trying to revert the situation… but still the same… how can i fix this!? any clue?!
