Multiple Author Template

I am looking for a template to create a multiple author site. Each author will have a USP to share which will be unique to them. Are there any good themes which I can use for this. I have found Multi-Author blogger which looks OK but are there others out there. It will be for a non-profit Just Giving type of thing but will not be about raising money more about people reaching personal goals, and nothing to do with dieting!! Thanks
