Multiple base rates as per shipping classes

    Hello Sofyan,

    Is it possible to classify base rates as per the shipping classes. Example:
    There are two shipping classes: Unspecified & Heavy

    For a max distance of 10KM.
    1. Unspecified requires a base rate of $10
    2. Heavy requires a base rate of $25
