Multiple Blogs on WordPress website

We set up a WordPress website for a Client, and then, per their request, set up 2 blogs as well, one of which is installed in a sub-directory. Now, it appears Google can’t index it. While we have disabled all plugins from all blogs and the WordPress site, we can’t find the problem. We were also told today that it appears not to be properly working in the most current Firefox, but does work in IE9.

One plugin is the Google XML Sitemap and we know Google is getting that. It just keeps hanging as “pending”. We tried running an online sitemap generator which is when we found out it could not go through the layers.

Anyone have any suggestions. Client is frustrated as the website has been up for 2 months now. They can enter blog posts without problem.
