Multiple caches?

Hi, just wanted to ask if it makes sense to keep multiple cache systems active? Like, when I have cloudflare activated, do we even need disk cache or varnish? My cloudways hosting said they are all redundant and to keep only one of them active. Please lmk your opinion.
