Hi,
i need to know if is possibile (and how) add a listing to multiple categories.

Hello!
You can add multiple categories. About WordPress admin dashboard, select “Custom Fields => Field Groups => Place Options”. On that page you should select “Category” field and set Appearance to Multi Select. Here are screenshots:
