Multiple-Choice 2 Checkbox – Why?

Hello,

if I create a multiple choice question in a form and select a theme other than the default one, then 2 checkboxes appear in the frontend. How do I deactivate the default_checkbox so that only those of the theme are used?

Can you please write which theme of the form you are trying to use.

Hello,

in fact, it always occurs when a theme is selected that contains a customized checkbox design. For example, Theme 1 and 2, which look something like this: https://ibb.co/ZBVgwpM

The most probably one of the checkboxes comes from another plugin or your theme.

@verbis Actually not yet at all. Due to the pandemic, there was much else to do at the moment. But I would still be very interested in finding a solution and I am reassured that others have also encountered the problem. Thanks also for the link to the form. Probably this will help.

In the meantime I tried to change my theme to standard wp theme (twenty twenty) and the double check box disappears. @zhannak What could be the reason for that?

Dear friend, please add the below code in custom css section.
```
.fm-form-container .fm-form .checkbox-div label span {
display: none!important;
}
```
The other checkbox will not be there but please check whether the functional part will be ok.

Thanks for your quick reply. I have tested your code and now one of the two checkboxes disapeared. But now the conditional logic did not works. I think I need do hide the other checkbox. Do you know what I mean? May my screenshots helps for understanding:

Edit: When you click on “Organisation von Vereinsfeiern / Sportfesten” a new field occurs. But when you click only the checkbox on the left the field don´t appears.
