sorry for the delay in answering; I actually have checked all the troubleshooting guide points and they seems fine to me.
The issue still remain on desktop (on mobile everything is working fine).

Additional Info: the form (the clickability of image button) on the dedicated page is not working but the image clickability of form incorporated in the side menu (always on desktop) is working

I imported the form to my dev setup, and on my end, the multiple choice with image choices appears to be working fine. In this specific case, I’d suggest you to please try testing for plugin conflict and see if that helps.

That one seems a long time-requiring solution; I have tried removing the svg image option (just the list of choices without the svg) and now it turned again clickable; so the problem seems related to the svg images somehow
