Multiple columns

Can Ninja forms show multiple columns, similar to a calendar layout with ckeck boxes? I am trying to set up a menu that will change for each day of the week – one month at a time. In each day box (day of the week) the menu will show, with three options and one needs to be checked for each day. Thanks,
