Multiple conditions broken

When selecting more than one condition (OR’ed together) for a submenu and updating the menu, all of them disappear, except one.

That remaining condition is listed in the menu header, but when I expand it I see that “Enable Conditional Logic” checkbox is disabled again. The condition still works. I am not sure when exactly this started happening, but I only noticed it recently.
