Amelia Elite Pro appears to be conflicting with the Elementor and WP editor and Woo Commerce resulting in a bad gateway errors.

When its the only active site level plugin, the edit screens including the default esdit screen and Elementor edit screen return 502 Bad gateway

When active with Woo Commerce, the site where it is active. When active with Woo Commerce on the main site it will produce the error across the entire network.

    WP Multisite instalation v6.9.1

Amelia is activated at the subsite level

Activating the Classic Editor plugin resolves the WP edit screen error

Please inform me of the outcome of your investigations to this issue.

You should also look into why everytime we update the plugin it deactivates on subsites.

I’m writing here becuase I cannot reach a human at Amelia/Melograno for my paid plugin support and thier Ai just takes me in useless circles.

Thank you for the detailed information. Since this involves Amelia Elite Pro and conflicts with other plugins on a multisite setup, the best way to get direct assistance is to contact the Amelia Support Team through your premium license.

This forum isn’t dedicated to premium product support, so their team will be able to investigate the 502 errors, multisite deactivation issues, and plugin conflicts more effectively.

Once you submit a ticket, the support team will be able to assist you directly and provide solutions for your setup.

    Kind regards,
    Uroš
