    Basically the client must be able to add friends or colleagues to the order. There must be an option where client can choose how many people are coming. And after that he can fill in the order for every persons name, job, age and email

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Yes, you can add multiple persons to an order/event by using a first field from where you allow the submitter to select the number of persons and afterwards, through rules, the needed group of fields can appear. The field which contains the numbers of persons can be a Dropdown for example.

    The next step would include the rules, which would look as in this example: https://prnt.sc/i5iyuh where, after the Show condition, you can add the needed fields for the respective person.
