This is not currently possible, but I’ll look into the best way to achieve what you need. I can’t guarantee I’ll find a solution, but I’ll see what I can work out.

Thank you so much for ur PDQ response. It was unexpected but very much appreciated. I must say I found ur app very easy to use and implement. Nailed it the on the first update. I’ve only been doing this website for about a year and it’s my first so I’m learning as I go.

just a question I have also multiples form on my website… how do I know witch one use it?
Wish I could help but I deep-sixed this plug-in and am now using Custom Contacts which has worked fine up until about a week ago. The WordPress updates have messed with it and the developer is working hard to fix the issues.
