I’ve enabled the discussions feature which says conversations are kept and can be browsed in the Conversations tab – but the chatbot on my site has not updated at all. What other steps do I need to complete to allow the user to have multiple conversations?

If you want your users to be able to browse their own conversation history, you’ll need to add the discussion shortcode to the page in addition to the chatbot. These are two separate elements and need to be included individually.
