Hello @mirunchained, this is related to an option on the Event Manager settings page called “Track events automatically without code,” which must be turned off.
Please create a support ticket using the following link and mention our conversation in the message: https://www.pixelyoursite.com/contact and I will follow up further.
The issue still exists: Purchase Event for a specific ad in Meta is triggered multiple times (not any purchase, but most of all). Results, I know for sure (through UTM) that a specific ad (anyone) lands me for example, 2-3 purchases, and Meta Ads report as 10-15 purchases in a time frame (example: 7 days).
This ads for example Meta reports in this time frame 3 Purchases, I had just one from that ads with WooCommerce.
So I made some test with PYS, first with test code and simulated a purchase.
This was result:
Note: 2 purchases (Server + Browser) but same Event ID, apparently none of them has reported as deduplicated at the start
So I tried a new test, simulating a purchase again
Note: I did not refresh any post-checkout page. Here were reported 3 purchases (2 browser and 1 server); the ones with the same event ID were linked this time, while the different ones with a different ID were reported as new. So, the results on Ad should be 2 Purchases instead of a single one
But I wait for 5 minutes without doing anything
Note: this are the same event ID of the last screen. This time reported 2 deduplicated and one processed
At the end, I understand that some values can be different from reality but all of my ads always report more number then reality (never less).

Did you find a solution to this issue? I’m asking because I’m facing a similar problem.
Guys, could you please let us know if this issue was resolved? I understand that you’re handling problems individually, but many issues tend to repeat, and it would be really helpful for others to see the solution. It would also make your work easier, as we wouldn’t all have to open tickets for the same problem.
The issue of multiple conversions in the initial topic by @mirunchained may be related to the plugin CartFlows.
CartFlows has its own tracking system, which should be disabled, as it can conflict with our plugin.
Additionally, depending on its configuration, CartFlows can trigger multiple purchase events—for example, when upsells are enabled, each upsell step might fire a separate purchase event.
This is why we’ve requested that the user to create a support request. We need to test their specific setup to properly identify the cause and provide a solution.
@ivanivanov18 could you please share more details about the issue you’re facing? We completely understand your point—many issues are similar, and we aim to share common solutions whenever possible.
Waiting for your reply.
