Multiple Dimensions

I used to get multiple dimensions when i would import images. Has this been removed since latest version.. or is it now because of WP 3.6.1?
Unlike many who want to go to Media -> Settings and turn this off, I actually need this.

Anybody know how I can turn this back on?
